TERMS OF SERVICE

The following steps describes the commission process:

  • **Step 1 : **Agreement between artist and customer, includes payment (will only start working after getting the payment)

  • Step 2 : Color sketch (needs to be approved by the customer before moving to the next step, will take only 3-4 revisions in case the client is still not complaced with the result, there might be extra charges if more revisions wanted, ex: +$3 usd)

  • Step 3 : After the sketch is finally approved I will move onto Lineart.

  • Step 4 : Full shading and details (wip update if needed)

  • **Step 5 : Finished piece, client must tell the artist if the art piece can or cannot be uploaded on DeviantArt website for delivering. That said the client would more likely choose the way of delivering (Email or any other website).

IMPORTANT

  • Every change in the general design of the sketch (for example: If the client didn’t like the pose, expression, general idea of the artwork, etc) must be asked and talked about before Lineart (in the Sketch phase). In case the client didn’t do this and still wanted to change something from the Lineart, there would be an extra charge of $5 USD up to $10 USD depending on the difficulty of the design and the changes

  • The final work is delivered in .PNG, version with and without background, according to the commission.

  • All drawings may or will include a subtle sign that you may not remove

  • By ordering any nsfw/18+ art you are agreeing that you are 18 or older.

  • In case the client wanted the commercial use of said artwork, the cost can vary from $20 to $50 depending on each particular case.

About Payment:

Payments will be done via Paypal with Paypal Invoices, there the client will find the exact same info as here. This is for our safety.

About Refunds:

  • - There will be no refunds after Step 3.

  • - I will only refund half the Price before Step 3 in special cases

  • - If asked for a refund before Step 2 for some reason (f.e: an emergency), there will be a full refund (not counting the paypal fees)

Los siguientes pasos describen el proceso de comisión:

  • **Paso 1 : **Acuerdo entre el artista y el cliente, incluido el pago (sólo se empezará a trabajar una vez recibido el pago)

  • Paso 2 : Boceto a color (debe ser aprobado por el cliente antes de pasar a la siguiente etapa, sólo tomará 3-4 revisiones en caso de que el cliente todavía no está satisfecho con el resultado, puede haber cargos adicionales si se necesitan mas revisiones).

  • Paso 3 : Una vez aprobado el boceto, pasaré al Lineart.

  • Paso 4 : Sombreado completo y detalles (Actualización si es necesario)

  • Paso 5 : Pieza terminada, el cliente debe decirle al artista si la pieza de arte se puede o no se puede cargar en el sitio web DeviantArt . Dicho esto, lo más probable es que el cliente elija la forma de entrega (correo electrónico o cualquier otro sitio web).

IMPORTANTE

  • Cualquier cambio en el diseño general del boceto (por ejemplo: Si al cliente no le gusta la pose, expresión, idea general de la obra, etc) debe ser preguntado y hablado antes del Lineart (en la fase de Sketch). En caso de que el cliente no hiciera esto y aún así quisiera cambiar algo del Lineart, habría un cargo extra dependiendo de la dificultad del diseño y los cambios.

  • El trabajo final se entrega en .PNG, versión con y sin fondo, según el encargo.

  • Todas las ilustraciones incluiran una firma que no podra ser removida.

  • Al ordenar cualquier arte nsfw/18+ usted está aceptando que tiene 18 años o más.

  • En caso de que el cliente quisiera el uso comercial de dicha obra de arte, tendra que abonar un cargo extra dependiendo el encargo.

Acerca del Pago

  • Paypal (USD)

  • Transferencia (Peso Argentino)

Acerca de Reembolsos

  • - No habrá reembolso después del Paso 3.

  • - Sólo reembolsaré la mitad del Precio antes del Paso 3 en casos especiales

  • - Si se pide un reembolso antes del Paso 2 por alguna razón (por ejemplo: una emergencia), habrá un reembolso completo (sin contar los gastos de paypal)
